Additionally, for many of the entrepreneurs we know, the most challenging part was coming up with the name of their company, and it is unfortunate that without registering it, they cannot be sure that no one can copy them, from the logo and slogan to the business name.

Our Capabilities

Being the holder of a Trademark Registration guarantees legal protection for the exclusive use and enjoyment of it for a period of 10 years (considering the declaration of use after 3 years of being granted), renewable as many times as requested, with our services consisting of:

1. Phonetic Search: This involves checking the electronic systems of the IMPI to see if the intended trademark(s) is/are already registered or in process by a third party, whether identical or similar enough to cause confusion, as the authority may cite such trademarks as prior art and therefore make registration impossible.

2. Technical and Legal Preparation of Registration Documents: Documents required according to administrative rules will be prepared and submitted to the IMPI for the registration of the trademark(s).

3. Follow-Up and Support Until Conclusion: We will provide follow-up throughout the registration process until a positive or negative response is obtained from the IMPI, and all requirements and notices issued during the process will also be addressed.

The registration application and the resolution issued by the IMPI will be sent digitally. The minimum processing time is 4 months but may increase if any notices are issued.

The registration process will be conducted in the United States, consisting of the following:
1. Phonetic Search. This involves checking whether the intended trademark(s) is/are already registered or in process by a third party, whether identical or similar enough to cause confusion, as the authority may cite such trademarks as prior art and therefore make registration impossible.

2. Technical and Legal Preparation of Registration Documents. Se elaborarán y presentarán los documentos que conforme a las reglas administrativas se requieran para la obtención del registro de la(s) marca(s).

3. Follow-Up and Support Until Conclusion. We will provide follow-up throughout the registration process until a positive or negative response is obtained, and all requirements and notices issued during the process will also be addressed.

The registration application and the resolution issued will be sent digitally. The minimum processing time is 5 months but may increase if any notices are issued.

By law, a document must be made available to the general public that contains at least the following information prior to collecting their personal data via the website:

- Name;
- City and state of residence;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Cookies; and
- Others.

Therefore, a Privacy Notice must be presented on the website where data is collected, which must contain at least the following:
- Purpose of data processing;
- Secondary purposes, if applicable;
- Process for ARCO rights; and
- Others

A document will be provided with versions in Spanish and English in accordance with Mexican legislation.
